You know what to do. Deep deep down. You know what you "should" be eating, you know what choices you "should" make, you know how to save money, you know how to be a better friend, father, mother. You know. But the inner child in all of us pulls the wool over our eyes and leads us in the direction of comfort rather than truly chasing your own potential.
Hers a quote from the truth bomber Andy Frisella to drive home what i'm getting at:
Each new moment of every single day presents a new opportunity to strengthen the "boss voice". The more you put action in that direction, the easier it becomes to make the next positive decision. Another thing I always talk about, everything is a skill. Choosing to follow the inner knowing, the intuitive tug, the boss voice is a skill.
When I was swimming around in Hell during the toughest phases of my life, each and every decision was based on comfort and trying to escape my current reality in every possible moment. Which in turn made it worse... But deep deep down I knew what I had to do. Each and every time I put my foot down and go alllllllll the fucking way in on my own life, my mental health becomes amazing and life becomes an adventure. A coincidence... I think NOT (guess the movie.)
Its again taking a really truthful look at who you are currently being (based off your daily actions) and then deciding to become who you need to be to achieve whatever it is you want to achieve... Heres a graphic to elaborate on that:
So when you wake up tomorrow, will you chose to do the things that you KNOW you should do?
Or will you pretend you don't know and repeat yet another day of the same shit?
The choice is in our own hands.
Let's grow! Let's get Every Last Drop from life!
Appreciate you stopping by.
Much love guys
