Note to self 32:
First of all, thanks for being here. I'm feeling absolutely amazing lately and I definitely have some good reasons as to why, and It is not by accident...
Heres my thinking.
We are confronted with the decision to do the hard thing which if done, leads to confidence and the ability to continue pursuing the dream.
On the other hand we are confronted with the decision do to the hard thing (or thing we can't be fucked doing,) which if not done leads to the ability to compromise more on your values and ultimately become less fulfilled in life.
Check this graphic out to further elaborate:
The flow being: Each decision leads to our ability to continue to make 'higher self' decisions. Which ultimately leads to overall life fulfilment.
Choosing to stay disciplined leads to the ability to continually make more and more 'higher self' decisions, the more you make the easier it is to continue to make them and vice versa.
This is the concept of momentum.
So many elite level sports players, business men or successful people understand this concept and they do whatever it takes not to fuck this momentum up.
Don't believe me? Hers Andy's opinion on the matter:
If you give your self no option but to keep making those 'higher self' decisions harnessing the power of momentum, just imagine where you would be in 1 month... 1 year... What about 10 years of these decisions?!
Thats what I want to answer for myself in this life.
We don't know how good life can be because we haven't been consistent with our higher self for long enough.
Choose to do the things whatever they may be.
Choose to make the higher self decisions and watch your life change.
The only downside is if you stop, life fulfilment goes down.
So if you jump on this train... Choo Choo mother fucker.
Lets roll!
1 chance to go all in, 1 life to live. Lets fucking goooooo!
Lets get Every Last Drop from it!
(Oh yeah in regards to the start of this letter... I'm feeling amazing because I have been making these decisions every day this year. Operation 365 in full swing!)
Much love
