ELD 57: Can't be fuc&ed?

Another day is here...

If I'm honest I can't be fucked. I don't want to face the days responsibilities. Something we all face from time to time.

Sometimes more often than not...

But something I'm grateful for on these days is having some daily non-negotiable tasks,

some things that are simple enough to achieve today so that the momentum continues to build.

These days where we can't be fucked are a great test that if we pass, we feel empowered.

Think about it: If on the days that we can't be fucked we still show up and do what we need to do, what can stop us?

Nothing.

It's easier to stand and fight than run from our life and become a shell of who we could be. This is quite possibly the worst feeling and it's in our hands.

So if your like me and you can not be fucked, set the days realistic intentions and summon the strength to win the day, however that looks for you.

We often start taking action and begin to feel inspired.

But if not, do it anyway.
