There is positive/negative, light/dark to all things. That is another fundamental law of the universe.
However in society were taught the good things are higher in value, she'll be right and focus on the good. Then when bad things happen its like “why me, this sucks, always my luck!” When realistically, that “bad” is an essential part of life. Without the shit, we have no flowers.
One of my favourite quotes of all time:
So practically: can we reframe how we see the dark, the “bad”? Understand that it is an essential part of the journey and is there to show us the way. Lessons are deeply embedded in the hardest moments, In my belief they are showing us where we still are not able to let go and surrender.
You already know what I’m going to say here… Breath-work! let it be a tool to alchemise all the shit into the next phase of “light” (More on that in the previous video / letter.)
This also all ties into the human body and how it is a tool at our disposal to use to transmte that “bad” energy. You unfortunately don’t get to choose if you need movement or not… As the great Ido Portal says:
In other words, we don’t have a choice… we have a body… move!
All things are just patterns of energy arising into our conscious awareness and disappearing. We can modulate these energy patterns with movement, release different chemicals in the brain and change our experience.
Awareness + Movement = Alchemy.
Meditation, movement/breath-work = transformation.
