Disclaimer: My opinion.
First off, we ARE nature. We are borne of the earth. Through evolution of an animal, an animal we call human. There is no separation, as much as we might like to think ourselves rulers of earth. The reality is, we are at it's mercy.
The more we pretend like natures laws are not the truth, the more our society and planet will descend into chaos. Until one day, Earth has had enough of our shit and decides to implode 😂
But in all seriousness we are nature, therefor there are laws in which we must abide by for optimal health.
If you are in hell, if you can't see a way out, this is the way. Take care of these laws, and things will change. These laws are as follows:

Nutrition + Hydration: The corner stone of Human health, you can't put diesel in a petrol car. Our bodies are the same, put shit in, get shit out. On the other hand, hydrate well, eat human fuel (unprocessed whole foods) and your body will balance itself. Allowing more life force to be devoted to other facets of life.
Movement: You have a body. You must move. It's not an option. Your body requires movement to function and to remain in a state of progress, or the a universal law unfolds: atrophy.
Nature + Sunlight: We evolved with the Sun and connection to nature being the catalyst. Viewing sunlight as described by Dr. Andrew Huberman, is the foundation for human health. We are nature, lets connect with it. Our life literally depends on it.
Social Connection: We are tribal animals that require human connection to feel our place in the world. Wether its colleges, friends, family or loved ones, they are essential for our belonging in this otherwise confusing world. How could you maintain your side of the relationship a little better?
Purpose: Humans need purpose before love (love could be the purpose hehe.) And that purpose is the frame work for our life direction. Lack of purpose = lack of direction = feeling lost. Why carry on if theres nothing to carry on for?
So lets condense this down to extreme practicality:
Nutrition + Hydration: Whole foods, 3L quality water per day.
Movement: 1 hour minimum per day. Yoga, walks, strength training, dancing, whatever!
Nature + Sunlight: Viewing sunlight for 30 minutes as soon as you can after waking. Go outside as often as possible.
Social Connection: Intentional connection, ask questions, be interested in others.
Purpose: What sets you on fire? Find your unique curiosity and expression and express it.
