Note to self: 29.
On Friday night after my breathwork I texted myself (yes I text myself ideas/reminders so it shows as a notification and I remember to look at it):

At the time it felt so significant. Wether we like it or not we are actually all in on our own life. But the turning point in my experience is when we actively choose to be mentally all in too.
You are here, you are living your life. You're literally all in. So why not pursue what genuinely sets your soul on fire? You are already all in. Why not choose to be all in and define what that looks like for you. It might be travel, it might be content, it might be a job, whatever the fuck it is, go all in.
How do you start going all in? Well you control the controllable.
What you eat, what you drink, who you hang out with, what content you consume, what exercise you do, how you spend your money what daily decisions/actions you make.
Let's not pretend like we all don't know the fundamentals. We all know: Nutrition, hydration, meditation, exercise, purpose and community. Yet we go through phases of not doing these things pretending like they are not important. They are the things that build you into the next version if yourself to then make more decisions about what life means to you.
At the end of the day there is no wrong or right way to live a life but there are ways in which we can empower or disempower ourself. We can help ourself and others, or do the opposite. Like Ram Das says:

In my experience, deciding to go all in and change my life and how I live. Has had a direct impact on those closest to me. It has lead to them pondering their decisions and trying new things. I'm not here to claim this or say how amazing I am, I'm trying to illustrate the truth of how this all works.
You want a better life? You make the changes.
You want different food choices? You vote with your money for what you believe should be on the market.
You want to move better? You must exercise and move.
Money? Provide value/earn it.
Friends? Put yourself out there, care about others.
The list goes on...
Ill leave you with my favourite story of all time:

I don't believe I have the right to winge about the world if I'm not showing through my actions that I am trying to make it a better place.
That starts with the individual and moves into the world.
It starts with you.
Much love x
